I just got mentioned in a video

Hey fellow youtubers!

So I just tried getting mentioned in another guys video for the first time.
Never tried anything like that before, I was completely speechless to be honest.
The video I'm talking about. You can see it at 3:55.

It felt really great, and I feel like I should return the favor somehow. I'm not one to do long shout outs like he did, but should I atleast mention his channel quickly, at the end of a video?

Have any of you tried something like that before?
 
some people just do it generally to be kind, but if you want too then give him a little mention at the end of your video or at the beginning saying thankyou, i would be the same i hate not returning the favour when someone does something for me

Yeah, I think I'll do that mention at the end of one of my next videos. I hate not returning a favor as well :)
 
That's so awesome! You should just mention him in a video and thank him!
It's such an awesome feeling for your name to pop up in someone elses video!
 
I'm starting a shout out series myself where I mention random youtubers who deserve more views. This is the type of posts/comments I'm hoping to hear about. I hope to brighten peoples days up by letting them know their content is good.

Well I'm sure he would appreciate you making a thread about it ;) Giving him a shoutout would be cool, after all collaborations do help all parties involved.
 
He has kind of an unique (strange) way of presenting his channel, and only if you want to mention him :)
