I Just Got 25 New Subs But Very Little Interaction?

Before you say they are fake, no they aren't. I got top comment on a popular video promoting my channel (also don't say don't promote like that) and it's been top comment for over an hour. But I've barely gained any views on the unsubscribed trailer and I don't know, I over think everything but shouldn't there be a little bit more activity? Personally, I have only ever liked maybe 10 videos and commented on 1 in the past 4 years I've been on YouTube throughout multiple channels. Are lots of people like me, which is why I'm not seeing much activity? I'm just confused lol...
 
Seems kind of suspicious to me, but i don't know. YouTube might not be recognizing views or something, could be anything at this point

Yea my views update slowly so maybe that. And maybe for the comments its because they just see my channel trailer video and that makes them subscribe and they never bother to look at it in the full player or look at other videos of mine?
 
views can take a couple of hours to be added to your view count at busy times of the day. Also people can click subscribe directly from comments, meaning that video may never have loaded
 
If people are subscribing to your channel because of a comment they aren't subscribing to you because they stumbled across your videos and decided to subscribe. They might've watched some videos but it won't be as much as organic views.
 
Well views will take a while to update sometimes especially if your trailer has been uploaded for a while. It could take 24+ hours to update views. As for the interaction thing, most casual viewers don't comment on videos and a large majority don't rate videos either. I gained about 20 subs in a day a week or so ago, when I was featured on RPM. I only had like 5 more comments that day than on a normal day, and I had a few more ratings as well. There was no dramatic increase in interaction though.
 
My views are very delayed most of the time. I don't have a lot of subscribers yet. I would wait even a couple of days. I'm not sure why everything takes a while. Also, a lot of subscribers I think watch videos but don't like or comment. Even with larger youtubers.
