I have just noticed one of my videos has been taken down!! Help! :(

When I click on the video it says. "This video contains content from BuzzMyVideos Entertainment, who has blocked it on copyright grounds." What about contacting BuzzMyVideos and ask what you're allowed to use or not?

Weird because the Killing Best Friend Prank video was actually by Sam Pepper tho!!....

"Buzz My Videos Entertainment" (aka BMVEntertainment) is Sam Pepper's network. (Source: http://socialblade.com/youtube/user/officialsampepper )They have every right to protect their partner's interests.


Sam Pepper removed the original version of the video from his own channel due to huge pressure from the YT community and even further afield. So it is pretty obvious he is going to go after all other channels that are using that footage because he doesn't want to see it on the internet anymore.

The whole concept of a reaction channel is such pretentious, unskilled, creators of nothing garbage. There is next to no chance that a reaction channel has any legal standing to show the videos they "react" to unless that permission has been explicitly granted. A fair use defense would be laughed out of court.

It is cute how they think its' ok to steal someone elses work and make a non-content video without any real effort or value added. It also means my sympathy when things go wrong is a bit on the thin side.
