I have a troll problem.

it's only one dislike for video just ignore him if it may be hard but wen you get popular on youtube there's gonna bee bunch of hater's so just ignore :) and look at the good comment's and like's and and... awsome subs!

Everybody only gets a single dislike or like per video, so I would 100% ignore it. If it's happening with a single dislike per video, it's very obvious that there's one person who just doesn't care for you. Heavy trolling is another thing (personal attacks or long, terrible comments) but a dislike isn't going to harm you in the long run, and eventually it'll get less interesting for this person to do if you ignore it.
 
Me and a few youtube pals have had this issue through this year with one youtuber and at one point the troll threatened violence, we kinda laughed it off, best thing to do is just block him and forget about the dislikes and you win
 
What if I know this troll? I don't know him in person, but I think I have played games online with him before.
 
Ignoremode... that's the only thing that helps. The wonderful thing for Trolls is that there is no accountability. You are behind a screen, and so are they. The fact that you came here to talk about the problem means they won. They want to affect your life, and that is exactly what they have done. I have had my fair share of dislike "bombs". But the likes always outweigh the dislikes. Hell, I even had one comment say whoever is on my channel to dislike my video from the get go should die in a fire. Harsh sure, but anyone who knows YouTube knows about the haters, and... well... haters are hated by just about everyone.
 
I'm with everyone else here, just ignore him. But I think its worth going into the reason why you should ignore him, and that is simply put that you have better things to do. All of the energy you have devoted into catching this guy is energy you could have spent coming up with the next idea for a video or promoting a video, or any number of other things that would have helped you along with your quest to success. And because of that, no matter how things play out with the troll, ultimately you are the one who will have lost.
 
I'm going to go against the grain here....you have to be tough with these guys. Say this:

"I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for ransom, I can tell you I don't have money. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills, skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you stop disliking my videos now, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you."

In case you don't realize, I am joking. That is a movie quote. Do not, under any circumstances, threaten to kill anyone LOL. Just let it go like everyone else says.
 
Even if you were to find out for definite who the person is, there's not much to be gained from confronting them. If they're feeling really remorseful for what they've done they might go back onto all of your videos and remove their thumbs down, but it's extremely unlikely and your average view duration would be even lower than before.
They'll get bored soon and move on.
 
I got hit again by the troll(s) the troll left a comment this time and gave me 67 views and a lot more dislikes. And some how this troll disliked 5-6 times per video.
