I have a question about monetizing. Please help

So I have recently created a youtube channel mostly to post my animations and I heard about monetizing my videos. I know i don't have enough views and subscribers to do it yet but I like to think ahead. will using sound effects from the internet effect my chance of getting monetized? The sound effects were non copyrighted but if I get monotized, that means all content has to be mine even the sound effects which aren't. Anyway this makes making animations hard because of the limited resources I can use. How do popular youtube animators do it without all this copyrighting stuff being a problem.

Sry for the complicated answer hope you can answer

I'm not a copyright expert, so take this with a grain of salt

If it is non-copyright, I believe you can monetize without a problem

I'll move this to the monetization forum.

You have to look very carefully at the terms and conditions of the provider of the content. If in doubt, ask them by email. Some licenses will not allow you to use it for "commercial projects", but they might not consider monetization on YT as "commercial". So sometimes, it can be ambiguous and you need to get it clarified before uploading :)
