I HAVE 1.4 MILLION VIEWS AND 7,000 SUBS AND I WANT MORE

Maybe try directly messaging some of your subscribers with a video attached, because when checking out your channel it kind of looks like a lot of your vids get between 700-1400 views which is only 10-20% of 7000 which really should be higher.
 
1000 x 100 is a million... Guess we'll see you on the north side of those figures in four years, since we can only seem to release a video every two weeks-- and even then gain half the views that your's pull. You might try more tent-poling to bolster return traffic of trendy people.
 
He has a lot of Dead Subs - When you look at his "Video Tab" he is only getting anything between 93 - 2800 Views and that covers 8 Months on 1 page - it is almost as if he is having to start again.

So work as hard as you did when you were hitting 15,000 + per video - perhaps re-invent the channel with better quality etc.
 
I'm surprised at those figures - your most popular video has 100k views, and 4 comments - I wonder if you used any tricks to get those viewers, because that would suggest to inexperienced me, that you're not connecting to your viewers?

Looking for comparison, two of my films that have 60k views, both have 7 pages of comments. 2 @20k views have 3 pages of comments... Maybe as a general rule, 10k viewers = a page of comments?

Maybe you used some clever method to get people to click on your video, but they left fairly quickly afterwards?
