I got offered a partnership from a large network. Need advice

In my opinion, any MCN that has no lock-in won't do anything for your channel. Why would they invest any time or effort when you can leave at your whim?

What do MCNS with contract do? As long as you are a small channel, nothing.

But i dont want a long term contract because yt changes all the time. So if you find a better MCN you can leave the other whenever you want.

Flip side is perhaps a network could really stand behind its product and doubt people will leave as they will enjoy what they see. Although that is very big statement to make for a network it is just something to keep in back of your head. Don't rule out every non-contract channel.

Why do you need an MCN? What do they provide that you can't do on your own?
They have more effectively ads than adsense has. Or they give ads to you that fit to your channel/videos. Actually i dont need a MCN, but i don´t trust adsense, as i said in another topic. "Is it true that adsense ban people"

they way i see it is that if you use your adsense then make sure your follow the rules. google is extremely strict and accepts no margin for excuses. If you are under an MCN it is their adsense account at risk, but because they work directly with google in conjunction with the power of millions(billion?) of views they do have some leverage power and may be able to squeeze a little bit of more flexibility.
