I find it depressing.

Thanks for the comments guys I totally agree, in terms of loving to get paid for what we love to do (if that made any sense) yeah I'm sure we would, but some people join YouTube entirely to gain money and fame, it's like music for example, 50 years ago music was a HUGE hit because their was so much passion, these days it's all about making a quick wad of cash, same as YouTube.
 
As long as you continue to make fantastic content, put so much effort into everything you do, you will get there! It's the code I live by, I have never looked back. I make videos on Youtube because I live to entertain, I always will, first and foremost.
 
hmmmm yeah it doesn't make any sense really does it! :( I guess if we all keep going we will get there some day! :D

I completely agree that it can be frustrating. Though quality is subjective so I'm not sure if you can decide that they are bad quality, if they have that many subs etc there must be plenty of people who do think it's good quality.
 
I know that feeling too. You are not alone. I can get depressed over such things too. Even things such as others who have many more Facebook followers than me. It almost feels like rejection.

It is really hard to fight the natural feeling of jealousy and to be happy for other people.

Remember that it may not be their video alone, but their marketing skills or other factors unknown to you.
 
Thanks for the comments guys! and I'm sure we will come out on the good side of YouTube one day! just got to keep working towards it, in terms of the bad quality comment no, trust me, some people have seriously bad quality, I guess some people can just put up with it more than others can! but in terms of everyone else, keep up the good work and I hope it all works out for everyone!

I get that all the time.. like seriously, there is this asian (i don't mean to sterotype or anything) but he has over 10,000 subscribers with 6 videos, so much less expierence, i'm funnier than him and he's been on for not long at all.. i simply don;t get it sometimes, like, look at me! lol.
