I Can't Change My Channel Art?

Hello there. I just recently had some channel art made for me, but I'm unable to change it. I try to upload the channel art, and it says 'There was an upload error. Make sure to upload a JPG, GIF, or PNG file and try again.' I've tried all different forms, but I get the same issue every time. Anybody got an idea of what I should do?
 
Do you have a screenshot?

Make sure all of your dimensions are correct, and make sure you really do have them in a single format. I've accidentally tagged on a format onto another and that doesn't work at all.

The dimensions are 2120x1992, is that correct?
 
are you trying to change channel art so that you can post this previous avatar in my previous avatar thread?:D

I checked it, it's a JPG, 297 KB, and 2120x1992. Is that all up to the standards?[DOUBLEPOST=1374040815,1374040724][/DOUBLEPOST]
