Too right, there's nothing that brightens my day more than seeing the number increase.

I just can't help but notice and feel excited when I see it, whatever number it is. :D
 
Of course! Whenever I see my counter going up I get all excited and motivated as well! Because even if they are just numbers and some might not even be active it's kinda like "Hey I know I am doing something right because I can see those numbers go up!"

It's something human like already as in, when someone tells you you're doing a great job you get a boost of ego and motivation!
 
I also know that I have not subbed to a ton of people. I'm not a jerk about it lol, I just don't sub too often. So I know that I must have done well for someone to click subscribe
 
Gaining a new subscriber is awesome! Especially if they sub on one of your video's(they rarely unsubscribe).
 
I recently figured out how to set up email notifications, so now when I get a subscriber, I know who it is and immediately check out their channel. Most of my subscribers it seems are people who subscribe to hundreds of channels in one day for reasons I don't understand (used to think they were bots, but I know some of them must not be). When I check a channel and it looks like they actually subscribed to me specifically because they might have seen one of my videos, then it's a good feeling.

Basically, I look at the channel of anyone who subscribes or leaves a comment on any of my videos, and see if they have any videos that would interest me, if so, I make the time to watch one and try to leave a comment back for them.
 
Hell yeah I do. I check several times a day. Minimum. I love to see any growth at all. I'm almost in disbelief when the subscriber count goes up by more than one since the last time I checked. lol. If nothing else, gaining subscribers does give me a healthy amount of dopamine. :cool:
 
Sub count is not extremely important to me, but I do get this excited feeling when I see views going up on a video I worked hard on.
 
Nope i love seeing the sub count go up no matter what - also don't mind losing them either at this point - If they're not active and watching 1/5 of the content we put up i dont mind if they unsub tbh

But yeah love the feeling of gaining subs - but i must say getting a fair amount of views on a video is probably better
