I can't access my YT channel HELP!!!

like always youtube ask me if i want to change my name on my youtube channel, I said no and sticked to my "mtmipower" name. It strange refresh the page and all this weird crap, can't explain it just watch, and if you know how to fix this problem, please let me know thanks.

You have to sign into google and unassociate it.

^ Go to your settings (not your 'youtube settings') and disconnect it from your Google plus
