For quite a while now, I can only watch videos in 360p - when I try to change the quality setting, 360p is the only option I get. In a very odd turn of events, just before I created this thread, I had one video where it gave me many quality options. I closed the window, tried another video, and only had the 360 option again. Then I went back to the video that gave me the multiple options and it only gave me 360 again. Although I'm not computer illiterate by any stretch, in depth technical talk of software, plug-ins, etc. might make my eyes glaze over. Any simple explanations of what my issue is is greatly appreciated!
