YTtalk Mad
Hi all,
So I've seen many people asking about Scalelab but haven't seen anyone who is with them so thought I would help as I am actually with them. Quite simply you all seem right about them. Most of the other channels seem to be below 100 subs, the threshold is $100 and what they provide is minimal. The assistance is minimal and I think the e-mail below sums up what I think to be honest. The email was sent after seeing the network seemingly doing nothing. The man I reference, Calam Cadman, sent me a personal e-mail a week ago and he is the "Director of channel support"
"I commented in a forum about a week ago asking if people had seen success using Scalelab, to which Scalelab clearly took offense to as they immediately emailed me (it was Colin Cadman who got in touch) and answered some questions but in a typical politicians way of actually not giving any answers. I was then asked about channel optimization notes to which they were described as "first building block of increasing your audience" and was told "If you haven't received that report, I can send your info over to our development team ASAP"... That was now 7 days ago.
So far all I have seen is tools that Youtube already provide (and they actually provide more) and a community that isn't as large or as comprehensive as YtTalk (to which there are many threads regarding Scalelab).
I have had minimal contact and am struggling to see what I get from handing over a % of my ad revenue which in all fairness isn't really the point as I barely make any money as it is. (This being a topic hotly debated about the Scalelab network and whether they prey on small channels hoping they don't reach the minimum payout threshold)
So quite simply, in one short sentence, what do you do and what do I get
This looks, and maybe reads, like a rant but it's not, I just simply can't see what the network really does.
Thanks for reading this and I look forward to a response"
I hope this gives people an idea of the company
Have a good day
