That is a very generous offer of you! And my design is fairly simple indeed. My logo, or at least the bird has to stay because that is what makes me recognisable and is also on my business cards. But I am very curious what you can make of it. My main colors are White and Light blue. For the logo I want it to keep the same colour and the bird. The banner can definitely improve. Now I started to realise what my videos are actually about and the key words for that are: How to, Life lessons, Nights out and Vlogs. So these keywords should be in the new banner that you can make. Please tell me what you need exactly to make it:)

For your newest videos: I do like that you put the date and than a short video/timelaps of nature/sky (you already did that before so keep that in for sure). For your terrible dancing video you say you are going for a run and than instantly say you got back from a run. Maybe record some footage of you running, even if it is only 3 seconds. I still think the music is a bit too loud. It is very distracting and the viewer has to concentrate very hard to hear of what is actually said. Advice: put the music louder when nothing is happening and put it very low when you are talking. Like on the trampoline you could go fullout with the music and when you talk again make it more lower. Just keep going, for your age your videos are very good and will only improve! I subscribed because I am very curious how you will develop!

First one is because being in Japan, I make these videos with the idea in mind that some of them will be read by people wanting to learn English, and so that helps a lot for people watching, as for someone who is learning English, to hear a native speaker is just too fast for them. Second, you get 5000 characters , so go for it! If a video mentions a certain word enough times, it becomes searchable and being in the top 20, and close to number 1 as possible, helps keep your video searchable and evergreen. Also I think it boosts you in the up next column too. For us guys with under 10000, it's vital!

I type the script out first and then read it about 5 times and take the best tracks and put them together, rarely is anything one straight take, and I try to cover that up best I can. But it's what all the pros do in music or movies or tv. Of course we have very different styles. But if you wanted text in there, go through auto caption, fix the few mistakes Google makes and export it, then paste it in. It may help!

Thnaks for the compliments! You are second now to say that my logo or at least banner needs a profy touch . Lets hope DevinLandis can make it happen;)
 
So I'm liking your general design, and your channel looks good to a visitor.
As for your videos, the audio seems great and your thumbnails are unique and eye catching! I think you could perhaps change the font of your logo, but other than that great job! I think you could make a few videos a bit longer, but it's really just up to you!

Could you give me input on this video if you have time

I enjoyed your video. You have a nice voice to listen too and you make pretty good points and arguments. Also your story telling is nice! Pretty sure this video will do well! Would have been better if you had the voices recorded of that game, but you probaly didn't record ;) Other than that good job!
 
Thank you so much! I am planning on getting a somewhat more advanced video editing software so I can fade the music to a lower volume while talking and higher while nothing is happening. Right now, Movie Maker does not have that option. Also, to make the banner, I would just need the logo and a Skype, email, Twitter, or something that I could send it to when finished.

Ah nice! I used to edit with WMM, and I am pretty sure it has an option to turn the music lower. But a new editor is better overall anyway. Thanks for the offer of the banner, but I have to decline it. Put some time on it today and I think it is alright now:)
