I am struggling to get subscribers

What a mug I am
I am proud of my channel and my videos, I seem to get good feedback, but it isn't reflected in my subscriber base. Can you see where I am going wrong?
 
Well I'm glad you made this thread. I thought I had checked out your channel before but if that was true, I'd have already been a sub. Your vids are hilarious! :thumbsup2: So I agree with the above comments ... maybe its just a matter of promotion! :Blackalien2:
 
Wow. I like your stuff. You are getting into your character over the first couple vids, but once you find your voice it rocks. I think everyone else is correct. You just need to keep doing what you are doing and promote promote promote.

The only other feedback I can think of, and mind you this is not a deal killer- It's just me being hypercritical - the teacher side of me. At times your audio gets a little echoey. Its the only minor flaw I can think of.

Yeah. There's lots of micing tutorials and it's something I need to work on as well. I'm by no means someone who really knows what I'm talking about but you sound far away from the mic at times, and the rooms sound a bit empty. Perhaps a better mic-ing system and maybe some soundproofing? <-- once again I don't know what I'm talking about (yet. ;-) )

Well thats the thing i don't have a microphone or lighting, due to being poor, but its something I probably should invest in and learn more about. Thanks so much for subscribing!!!

The lighting fits your style. I don't think that's much of a priority. I hear you about the being poor thing. My audio is pretty bad, and I am on a budget as well. There are lots of DIY and low-budget guides on the internet though.

Like I said though, it was just a nit-pick. If you really don't have the cash money, I think the real issue right now is promotion. Keep up the great work in the meanwhile.
