I am not satisfied with how my channel is growing...

Well, you need to play..."popular" games, or ones that you know will attract audiences.
For example, you have played the walking dead which gave you around 2k views. Then, you did the game, Grey which did around 5 views in a few months I think. Take a look at my channel. I play the following: Minecraft (people love that game. I get around 80 views within 6 hours with 65 subs), Payday the Heist (did okay, wouldnt recommend it), Ace of Spades (Only did 30 or so views, not a good game to film), Saints row 3 (did not bad, I recommend it) and others. I started out in early December, and here I am now. Its mainly on your game choice. Hope this helped!

If they are not popular this doesn't immediately mean they won't be good and after all, it's a hobby for me and I play what my heart desires :) But still I also aim to play a lot of popular games, for example I can't wait for THE NEW FREAKING AMNESIA, I will p**s 2 times more with this freaking game and I can't wait to make a let's play :D

This is true, but there is also the fan base that it attracts. I always play games I like to play. If you didnt, then no point ^.^

Yeah it's pretty slow going for me as well. But most successful people have all had to go a long time before they got their break. It's just a matter of sticking with it I think.
