I've Got It
I had this issue but I've managed to gain many subs this month by adding annotations to my videos, trust me the odd person will sub if you keep it up. But this is just my advise.
I will try other ways of gaining subs.

Wow dude lol. You really slammed him with a brick wall of truth. I'm glad he took it well since it is very solid advice.YouTube shouldn't have to do anything. You should be happy they provide the help that they do already.
Just by a quick glance, I can tell why you don't get many views/subs. Your videos aren't that unique, and it's not something people are going to search for. They don't look professional, and doesn't look like you put a lot of time into presenting them. You need to look at your channel from the viewers point of view.
For example, your titles. These need a lot of work. "My first dubstep song" isn't much of a appealing title. Give the song a name or something. "black ops 2 multiplayer gameplay" isn't much of a title either. Look at other channels that upload black ops videos and see how they are naming the videos.
The thumbnails need a lot of work too. They need to be something catchy and professional. If you were scrolling through, most people won't even click on any of those videos because the thumbnails aren't catchy. Some of them (for example, the "my first dubstep song") doesn't even have anything to do with the video. Why is there a car? Does the song have anything to do with a car? not really.
You need a theme. You upload random videos, ranging from gaming to music, even music you don't have the rights to upload. (For example, The David Guetta song).
If you are wanting to expand and grow your channel, you need to do something that people are going to search for, and be unique. COD videos are the most oversaturated videos on the market right now. Not many people are going to find your videos, especially when they don't have a interesting title and thumbnail.
So you shouldn't be blaming YouTube. It's not their fault you aren't getting views or subscribers, it's how YOU are running your channel.
