I am Freezedown and Would Love FeedBack

Hey guys i've been on youtube for a couple years now, taking almost a year break so really i've only been doing Youtube for about a year. Anyway I recently joined a Network and have seen a slow but steady growth. I am always interactive with my subs, I've done 2 giveaways now, I have over 400 videos, I try to upload twice a day and I read and reply to every comment. My main goal isn't to make tons of money, not saying it wouldn't be nice to be able to do Youtube full time, but my main reason is to just make people happy, smile, feel better if they had a bad day or just to give bored people something to watch. I'm always looking to improve and i'm always learning. I've put out a number of VLOGs asking what my subs want, some comment some don't. If you guys could take a look at a video or two and let me know what you think, what I should improve on and what I should stop doing. I know I need to make a better Banner on my channel and some of my thumbnails aren't great.
