Go to Dashboard then Channel if your a partner with Freedom like myself it should say this MCN Freedom! (any.TV Limited) next to Network.

You're probably an affiliate if you're channel is small, can you link your channel to your profile? They don't advertise on their website at all for anyone to be a Managed partner.

They only have 100 out of like 25,000 channels on managed.

That's not something they do anymore

It's easy to tell because you won't see any network under www.youtube.com/features.

It's easier to tell by the fact that you don't know. Managed partnerships don't just happen without your knowledge.
