Huge quality loss after upload

I see what you mean, I wasn't able to see the 2nd 1 though. Was this even after you exported in 30fps?
oops I must have deleted it accidently :) it was the same clip rendered in 24fps 40mbps..it had better detail but still pixelated a lot..
I tried those options with 59.94fps video as a source (GoPro raw file):
29.97fps project -> 30fps 10mbps render
30fps -> 30fps 10mbps
30fps -> 30fps 40mbps
30fps -> 24fps 40mbps
30fps -> 15fps 40mbps
60fps -> 60fps 40mbps

This is a weird problem lol Okay there is 1 last fix that may help, if you go onto the Timeline of your project and right click the properties, turn off "resample". I'd still recommend rendering in 30fps or at least a whole number and 8mbps for the bitrate. See how that goes, no need to render a full video just try 10-30secs first.

In Sony Vegas there is a resampling option in properties of each clip..probably that is what you meant. I have that disabled. It was making some kind of strange ghosting afterwards. But I will check if there isn't some other resampling activated somewhere else.
I probably shouldn't also use sharpening and contrast filter much. (they are not on the posted clip though)
And I haven't verified my YouTube account until now..so maybe this will help as well :D

These videos might prove more fruitful, I think the first 1 even suggested the resample thing, seems to go through more settings: https://www.google.com.au/#q=youtube+videos+sony+vegas+pixelated

I will definitely play more with it after weekend and maybe I will be lucky with some settings..but still..most of the tutorials are suggesting changes to the export in a way to have better result on the pc but I would say that my result right from vegas is great..just youtube makes crap from it :D
