Huge File Uploads- What's Your Biggest?

My video I have been working on took me about 3 hours to edit because I had to turn 54GB of photos into a time lapse in 4k. Rendering alone took about 2 hours just to turn the photos into video. THEN I had to edit the speed at certain parts and then add some video to the beginning and end. The video is mostly 4K footage and the file is 4.4GB! I started uploading before bed last night and it's still only 57% done, I think the total upload time is 12 to 15 hours. The anticipation is killing me! On the way to work I got p****d off that I didn't put any letters in the video noting how long the shot was (15 Hours Later, 24 hours later, etc.), but I found out that I can do a Title annotation that looks exactly like what I wanted without having the annoying annotation box handles. Thank GOD! I just hope when I see it again I still like it, sometimes I have uploader remorse and want to go back and change things.

What's your biggest upload ever? Do you upload before bed like me to prevent bogging down your Internet while you are awake?
 
Think my biggest to YouTube was about 3GB ish for about 30m of footage.
Smallest upload was 14Mb for 30m of footage.
As for uploading, I've got 120Mbps upload so no, I upload whenever.

my 4.4 gigs is for about 3 and a half minutes of footage. 4K is ridiculous! I have done 15 minute videos that were smaller than this file!
 
We've had files over 200GB because it's way quicker to render to ProRes422 (cuts down on rendering time by 80-90%) and use the lightning fast internet at YouTube to upload.

I second this. I've rendered in ProRes and used my Universities internet to upload the 50GB+ files in a few minutes. Saves me so much time if I have to go into University to do editing work and don't want to spend an 30-45 minutes or so rendering and uploading.

Holy s**t! what the hell did you shoot that was 200GB??? Funny I was just thinking about you guys yesterday when I decided not to drink the product of my next video that is uploading right now. I would have drank it, but somebody else already did so I didn't think it was necessary lol.

ProRes is an uncompressed format. It saves huge files. a 1GB video file could end up as a 40GB file after you render it using ProRes.

All depends if you have the time to render. I always save a master file in ProRes because it's uncompressed so it's the highest quality you can get. Then I can render it to whatever MBPS I need for publishing or uploading.

ProRes422 (1080p30 or 1080p60i) comes in at around 1.6GB per minute of footage. so a 32GB SD Card will give you around 20 minutes of footage.
