Hows your growth?

My growth has had a direct correlation with how often I post. When I was posting daily I was around 200 subs a day or so, but recently I took a break. A well needed break to be honest, but I didn't post for a month and a half. My subs per day dropped to about 70, but yesterday it was back up to 133 (2nd day back).

I've been more than lucky to find a new niche market and be first to post, so YouTube takes care of me in the form of views from suggested videos and YouTube searches. Having the entire market to myself for the first 3-4 months is kinda like winning the lottery, so I've had a fun ride while watching the growth of my channel.

With that being said, even great traffic doesn't mean YouTube will always be fun. I hit a wall after putting in 120 hour weeks with work, YT, family and everything else. It became a job for me, and I stepped back and just got away from it. It was 3 days ago that I decided to come back, and I am having fun again. I believe it shows in my content, and now I hope to get my growth back to where it was when I was putting out videos left an right. Well not to point of my epic 100 videos in 3 days :P but you get the idea.
 
My channel has been growing pretty slowly... But lately I've been getting a couple subs a week/month xD

Well lets see....
I started in nov-13 and grew very slowly. I knew there was a small market for my videos but I didn't mind atoll. The poke-comminty is very close and that's what I enjoy so I continued along that path:) I was getting between 5-10 subs a week until the last month or so where I have been getting 3-8 a day, which in this community is pretty good. These subbers don't un sub and they always come back and watch/comment/ like which is absolutely amazing.
On average im getting roughly 200-600 views daily:)
 
Growth? The first month I had 100 views, the second 450 and the third 532. It peaked at 834 but then some stuff happened that took a lot out of me. I wasn't active anymore. When I got everything sorted out I came back, and went from a 181 low to 751, 920, 1617 and now for this month I am already on 1662. So I did in half a month what took me an entire month to do last time. I have gotten a bit of a jump lately, both in views and subs. And my subs started coming with the views. We'll see where I'll be next month!
 
I always put a reasonable goal for getting subs so I would push to achieve it. If I don't get to it, I at least tried my best to get to it. Fine, usually 3 subs a day.
 
I get on average I would say 150 subscribers a day. But with recent collaborations and their video going viral it brings quite some traffic to me, and I pull (750 subs the day it was released) 300-400 every day since, with about 7k views a day. Couldn't have done it without the help of the community though.
 
I'm not growing very quickly at all. I don't think people respond to me very much. I mean the people that are subbed are staying and I eventually get the views but I work very hard for not a lot of sub growth. I enjoy the process though. Maybe it'll happen all at once...? Maybe not at all...I don't know.
 
Its been very slow :( what are tips to help us grow both views and subscribers. I feel like we have really good content and very high quality videos yet still lacking the views and subs.
any tips?
