I think you're doing a great job!
A few critiques are:
Start off with saying what you need in the video (even if it IS in the description) and show it with the camera too!
Also in the description, describe everything you do as well because it actually makes the search engine pick it up more plus it helps people who watched the video that don't want to rewatch it while they are cooking - it's easier for them to read than click back and forth finding what they need.
Another thing is to say what heat you started on (you may have and I didn't catch it)
When you were almost done cooking the food, maybe describe at what queue you know it's done since you've cooked them before.. you know but viewers may not know.
One more small thing, it's a problem I also have as well is to figure out if you should wear glasses or not.. since they always reflect =/
As for the instructions during the video: you did a great job
As for the camera angle during the video: I liked that as well!
The music was also good!
Good job on presenting the finished project in an artistic way!
Your food looked very good, very nice video over all. My critiques aren't saying the video is bad at all.. they are really just tiny nid bit things to help!
Best of luck =)
A side note: Where are you from? I don't want to give the wrong accent but it sounds Scottish, I think I may sub because of it! Plus I also cook so..
