How young is too young for youtube?

Exactly, making a little series where you go and scavenge for material for making weapons, finding food and supplies for making a place to live. Would make a great little series :3

I think any age is fine if the parents approve and are aware and someone is making DANG sure that the kid doesn't give out any personal information. Like... if you're under 13 you probably shouldn't vlog or answer comments or even know how to log into your channel without your parents helping you, but I mean... I've seen some great young channels. If it was 16+ random planet wouldn't even be here and they kick a**!

I started LPing when I was 13 (17 now) and I do admit that I feel that because of my high girly voice back then, I'm not very proud of my older videos But I do feel that those older videos sorta gave me a headstart, and let me sorta learn the ins and outs of youtube a bit early on, so when I did get a more suitable video-voice, I was sorta used to commentating, so I didn't need to get used to it later on, if that makes sense

I've seen 9 year olds who are fun to watch on youtube. They just need to be monitored cause it's a jungle out there. As long as the parental eye is ever watching, I'm fine with it.

I just want to know what you all think is too young for youtube. 'Cause I see a lot of teenagers (me included) ages 13-17 making videos on youtube and people just ripping them apart. Mostly 'cause of their age. Do you think they should wait until they're 18-20? Or would you say "f*ck how old you are your channel is awesome!"?

I think 13 is fine because I am 13 and I see many other 13 year olds creating great content

I don't think us young teens get as much recognition as some of the older youtubers and thats the thing that I hate.

I don't think there is a certain age a person is legible for YouTube. Look at MattyBraps the kid is like 10 and he has an account. Just do your thing and i don't think anyone would really mind or care

I'd say as long as you make good videos that are watchable and perfectly justifiable then any age above 13
