I'm doing very well. Got my DSLR camera in January and shot 50 videos with it so far. Took my video and audio quality to the level my teaching is at. Reached 5K subscribers just last week and am gaining 1k subs a month now. In the planning stages for a website and some paid lesson material. I got goals, trying hard to hit 'em. Here's to the next quarter.
 
My channel only started 20 Jan 2014 so I have nothing to complain about in the growth for first quarter.
Glad to see most people growing nicely.
 
Since the start of the year, I have gained about 60 subscribers, and retention has improved by around 12%, so I am slowly making progress, which I am happy with. Still got a long way to go but I am happy for now.
 
My channel grew in the last months, but probably of my schedule of 1 vid/week my subscribers grow a bit slower. I think I'm going to start gaming vids too and upload everyday in the next 3 months to see if my channel will grow faster. :)
 
My channel was started this year. +36 subs, +3.3k views. I think most of my growth will come at the end of the year so I'm pretty happy with what I've seen.
 
Meh, nothing too great, but I can't complain since I have gotten almost five hundred subs.
 
Been pretty slow this first quarter.
But... Our whole YouTube "career" has been really slow all together.
 
I've hardly posted a video this year so far because my internet is just to slow, I'm thinking about using the internet at work to upload videos and then schedule them though-out the week so I can get videos out still but this does mean I will have to do a lot of planning.

I've started to grow a FaceBook page and a Blog though which is useful :)
