A considerable amount of followers you need on Google+, no official figure but most verified G+ profiles/pages I've seen usually have 20,000+

You can skip the considerable amount of followers if you have a partner manager at YouTube, you just ask them for verification and that's how uber got it I'm assuming (his network asked their partner manager). Most networks will help you if you're a big-ish channel to get it.

Well I'm an Original Partner. I got my full partnership before 2012.. before they done away from the exclusive partners. So I'll still need to get a partner manager?
