First, This is the best one, by far.

Secondly, use your channel link, If you don't own a domain, you will have to click "DEEP LINKS", which will submit your channel to FAR FAR LESS sites.

I recommend getting a domain, or at least a free dot.tk to use this service.

for my youtube channel link i have to use the deep links? I also have to create a website?
 
That's more for websites and getting ranked higher in search engines; it's likely that no one will ever see those links except google's crawler. That being said, with google's panda update, generating hundreds of instant backlinks will probably not be good for you and might penalize your site's search rankings. Also, it's kind of pointless for a youtube channel since it's already indexed.

For your channel link YES you have to use deep links.

Secondly, a domain is not a website, it is a .com link to another address. You can buy one @ http://namecheap.com

Thirdly, No you don't NEED a domain, but to benefit from this service, yes you do.

BUT, Imma nice guy, Here is a free subdomain link that you CAN use WITHOUT clicking deep links:

Using it I went from around 5 pages in on the google search "Binaural Beats", now my google plus, Youtube, and blog all show up first page.

Then again, I cannot prove that this service did that.
