How to upload an own YT-Thumpnail

Hello YTtalk Forumer.

I'm now making Videos in YT for over an half year.
And ago 2 weeks I creat an new other channel for other things,
and then I was albe to see, that I can upload my own YT-Thumbnail, with less then 500 views
and 2 subscribers. On my other Channel I can't do it. With 45k Views already.

Is there any statement of YT or someone can help me?
Btw, I'm in the Youtube-Partnership Programm, if its needful.

If you're in the partnership program you will see a fourth option next to your 3 normal thumbnails. The fourth option allows you to upload your own file under 2MB.

That's the problem. I don't have this "4th" button. As I said, on my 2nd Channel (Just created few weeks ago without been in the PS Programm) has this button.
Thats why I'm woundering.[DOUBLEPOST=1352460372,1352459917][/DOUBLEPOST]I made 2 screens, I hope its ok If I do.

I think you don't understand my problem. I even can't upload an thumbnail but with an 2nd channel (for another project) I can.

Within the last couple of months they have started rolling out thumbnails slowly to EVERYONE. I guess you just have to be patient and eventually your 1st channel will get thumbnails!
