I want to upload some videos from youtube or my computer but I dont know how I do it? Please awnser

I wonder what does the ''Upload'' button do on youtube?

Go to http://www.youtube.com/upload , pick a file that YouTube allows, standards are AVI, MP4 and WMV also some others, YouTube doesn't directly accept files like Pictures and Music files, however you can upload them and mash them together in the YouTube editor, while uploading you can give your video a description and title and tags, if your account is verified through mobile then you can also put a custom thumbnail. You can also set whether the video is Public, Unlisted (only those with the link to the video can view it) and Private (only whom you allow to view it). Once the upload is complete you can view the video. Also YouTube has a cap of 15 minutes, this cap is removed after you verify your account with your mobile. 
Also YouTube has standard resolutions, so I recommend you render your videos out in those resolutions.
2160p: 3840x2160
1440p: 2560x1440
1080p: 1920x1080
720p: 1280x720
480p: 854x480
360p: 640x360
240p: 426x240
1920x1080 or 1280x720 are recommended.
