Forget about agreements, the service is not being rendered, this is what matters. If you contract me and make my profit grow, I give you 50% of my income without any problem but if you come in my company and take 50% without doing any work, well, on that, it just does not work out for me.
Remember, before I joined, we spoke and the way things were being said was that they were going to find advertisers for this channel and help grow it's customer audience, which did not happen. I managed to get over 1 million views on my own by spreading the video on a lot of blogs and social network. I have spent money on this and was expecting to get help from them to do their part of the advertising but it just did not work out. The agreement is only a problem because the work is not being done right and as customers, we should be able to get out of this without problems but they make it practically impossible by asking you to destroy your assets(remove all your videos from your hard working channel where you have spent $$$ and countless of hours to make it happen).
What I am asking for is simply a "Sorry sir, we have not been able to find you a single advertiser, please accept our apology, you are welcome to unlink your partnership with Adrev." But instead it is: "Sorry sir but you can't get rid of us for at least 3 years, we will now be taking 45% of your profit and if you want to get out of this, you have to remove all your videos from Youtube".<---as you have been protecting them from the start, it looks like you would not mind being treated this way, remember, you would have probably also signed the agreement because you would have believed that this company would have worked super hard to increase your profit(don't forget this point).
You keep mentioning this agreement and I think you are completely single sided on this. I am asking you to look at the service rendering trust that was given at the start of the partnership.
Paypal sends your money back after a dispute when the service has not been rendered by the supplier.
With Adrev, forget it....you need a lawyer, this is madness.
