Hey there everyone,
My name is Anbraxas. I have a tip for you today, one that actually carries my channel. That tip would be your video tags.
Now I am sure that people have told you from time to time that video tags are important. I think most people underestimate how important they actually are.
They ARE vital to your growth until your past 15k views a video
.
I am going to give you some techniques in this video that should help massively if your serious about growing, you need to read through all this information carefully because I am going to back everything up with evidence as I go.
So how do you obtain tags?
Most people will try to make them up themselves. Which I feel is a waste of time because your trying to predict what people are going to search ahead of time. There is a much simpler way to do that. Go to this site. It's an official google website, which will slow you to search key words and will give you the results on how often it is searched.
Alternatively
if your still having a tough time check out other videos tags. Which is faster and provides better results in my opinion. To do this go to any youtube video you find trending or popular. Right click the white area of the page. Hit Views source. Your then looking for this line in the text. It wont give you all the tags but two or three videos should give you a good idea of what you need.
Finally you want you
make block quotes
for keywords. For example you do not want to put each word separate.
For example. TGN, Partnership, contract, cpm,youtube, views. ect ect ect. You want to guess what people will search. So the result should be. "TGN partnership" "tgn CPM" "tgn contracts" "grow your youtube views"
Those are complete search terms which will move your video to the top if people search those words.
Now that you have some idea how important the tags actually are. You need to keep in mind.
Your title is THE most important search part of your video.
You want your title to be search-able it might be fun to titles a video "oh s**t i died" However people are not looking for that.
You should ALWAYS include the game name in the title and what the video is about.
For an example. "Smite Hercules guide: Glass cannon build" The searchable portions of the video title would be Smite, Hercules, Guide, Build.
As far as the tags are concerned you should
use up every last little bit of space
. here is an example of some tags I will use when i upload Smite videos.
