When I was new on YouTube, I had a very similar experience. I can vividly remember getting my first few dislikes on New Year's Eve of last year and wondering what was going on. Then, I woke up on New Year's Day to find that I had accumulated 20+ dislikes in one night. Over the next 3 months, I would average about 15-20 dislikes per videos, but I just ignored it for the most part. I didn't get many mean comments, just 1 or 2 over the 3 month period, and I just thought of it as hate in the beginning. However, I took the dislikes to heart, and thought that the people disliking my videos probably had a reason (Looking back, the videos that got dislikes actually do suck). So I used that experience to improve in every way that I possibly could have imagined at the time, and now I've grown into a channel that has over 1.5K subscribers. My advice is to not let the dislikes discourage you, but use the dislikes as something to motivate you to get better. I hope this helps
