A famous YouTuber does live streams in which he shows Facebook profiles of people he dislike, edit photos and mock up people, motivating that if photos are public he is allowed to have fun with them. I got mockery comments and messages on my Facebook based on what the streamer said about me.
I made a report for Harassment or bullying > Me > details "at 12:34 shows my personal Facebook profile telling viewers to harass me", but did not helped. Maybe I don’t know how to prove that I was the one harassed.
I made another report > Legal issue > Privacy. YouTube usually give uploader 48 hours to delete or blur indicated timeframe, but he did nothing. My report was sent to YouTube team for review, who asked for ID card to prove that I am the person appearing in live stream, and A WEEK later the live stream was deleted. My defensive action determined him to harass me even further on the next live streams, publishing my phone number and address, and random strangers came in front of my home to make noise.
Beside this I got over 20 privacy complaints in a couple of days, the streamer or an accomplice reported random videos from my YouTube channel that contain people. The reporter does not appear in any of the reported videos, still, YouTube has deleted half of the reported videos, including a video containing only me and my baby, which been deleted only TWO HOURS after initial email giving me 48 hours to delete/edit infringing video. Replying email telling YouTube that reporter does not appear in the reported video, did not helped to prevent deletion. Only videos containing large crowds of people were not deleted.
I want to know what is the secret to make such speedy and abusive privacy complaints? And what else can be done to stop live streamer from harassing people?
