How to remove youtube strike?

This is SO not fair, after 3 years of uploading videos and trying to get the Monetize option , i finally get it and i was so happy untill i saw that i am not in a good standing for the first time.

Ok here is what happened, i uploaded a video of Battlefield 3: Aftermath premium video a day before it was officially uploaded on youtube, i uploaded it at the same time as all the big gaming partners, and what happens? EA games (the creator of the game) claims the video, gets it deleted and puts a strike on my account! Why didn't it do to all the others? I am seriously sick of rich Americans getting all the money and doing monopoly on everything , i know life isn't fair but this is downright cruel! People who made it have all the connections and nothing can happen to them, but that prevents any other channels from rising up!!! Pure example of rich getting richer and poor getting poorer!

Ok ok im ok (like anyone cares).

So what do i want? I want to ask youtube if it can remove the strike because i wasted two years for nothing, this monetization thing would mean a LOT to me because i live in a really poor country and 50$ a month is like...a 1/4 of a doctors salary here! I am not saying that is how much i would make but stilll... I get about 20.000+ views on my videos so i dont know how much money that would be..

So what do i do - HELP?

You would have to take it up with YouTube Support. And the reason partners have access to do such things is because we either are for example partnered with gaming networks who have permission to post such videos of their games, or the partner themselves have permission.

Well that sucks, for such a big company they should have some way of reasonably dealing with it instead of treating all people like sheep...But you helped so thank!

Yeah i know, people told me, i still wanna try at least i know i did something about 2 years going to waste...And i have a feeling simple saying "i'm sorry it was a mistake i didnt mean to" wont work ahhaha :D

Yeas-- Bear in mind that there are millions of people probably complaining about getting rid of a strike saying it was an accident.
And YT has to judge between the real and the fake

Let's get some facts straight.

1. BF3: Aftermath hasn't been released yet so the footage you uploaded can't possibly have been gameplay footage you made yourself.
2. On EA's website you can find press packages for every EA game that include press statements, pictures, videos, trailers and other stuff that the press (and anyone else) can freely use for whatever purpose. Battlefield 3: Aftermath isn't listed here yet.
3. What this means is that you probably ripped the video from some news site who did have permission to post it (and received the video from EA personally) and uploaded it yourself.
4. Many big gaming websites have an (financial) agreement with EA that they are among the first to bring new promotional footage out. It is to be expected that EA hammers down on anyone who didn't pay for the right to 'be one of the first'.

The copyright strike you received is legit and won't go away. It sucks big time, but that's a lesson learned. Never ever upload trailers unless you have written permission or are certain you don't need it (aforementioned press packages from any company are always fair use).
