How to remove third party claim on youtube videos

You can't monetize anything that copyrighted because it's not your content, it's against copyright. If you're popular enough, you can ask permission to the copyright holder

You would have to remove the claim on the video by going to your video manager page and clicking on the "Blocked in some countries" link.[DOUBLEPOST=1425477371,1425477313][/DOUBLEPOST]Because I have had that happen to some of my videos before, I have removed the claim on some of them, but not all of them.

But i wanna monetize them. Is there way to monetize them?
This is quite laughable. The problem is that, in the end, even if you remix it, the song still belongs to the record label as it's considered a derivative work and they are totally within their copyright rights to claim your monetization.

I'm about 90% convinced the OP is a troll. "Hey guys - help me make money from other people's work and violate copyright laws? Pleeeaase!"
This. He's blatantly claiming he's freebooting and asking us to help him get away with it. This thread needs to be locked, burned, shredded, and thrown into the river.

Did someone say troll? YES!

Everyone pretty much laid it out already. If you didn't create it, it isn't yours to sell. I am just here for the popcorn potential.
