Recently i downloaded video from youtube and edit video and even title of that video and uploaded that song on youtube. But Still showing that its a third party content. Please let me know how to edit that song that no one can claim on that song uploaded on youtube?

I think you need to ask the copyright holder? I think for music its typically the artist or record label?

By asking for permission. I don't really understand your issue. If you want to have the song on Youtube you can still have it there even with the claim if you acknowledge the content. If you want to monetise someone else's song - you can't and you shouldn't.

you can only acknowledge their claim but there is no way u can remove that claim, your video will still be available but u can't monetize them
