I know how to add them, but I'd just like to get rid of some of the ones that I don't use.

Hello,

I'd be very surprised if Vegas lets you remove fonts. You can certainly add fonts but removing them, I doubt it. Was it just to de-clutter?

James.

You'd have to uninstall them from your computer as far as I know.

I made a huge mistake of installing a couple thousand fonts and I'm too lazy to go through them all and delete the ones I dislike. But if you just write down the names of the ones you use it's not that time consuming to just select them manually.

I looked into this and you'd have to remove them from your computer, Vegas (at least the version I use, Pro 13) doesn't have its own place it stores fonts it takes them straight from your PC. There might be a way to create it's own directory I'm not to sure.

As others have said, you will have to remove them from your computer.
You can do this by going to:
Start
Control Panel
Appearance and Personalization
Fonts
(On windows anyways)

There you can also HIDE fonts if you don't want to uninstall them or if they're defaults or whatever.

This way you can hide all the fonts you don't want to see, and then later unhide them if you need them for a word document or some other project.
