How to record Skype calls while playing games?

Simply use audacity.

You can use FRAPS technically. Audacity is better however.

You could use Pamela. You could record "stereo mix" if your sound card enables that. You could have both of you record in Audacity separately and then sync it up. There's quite a few options for you honestly. If you wanted to get fancy you could use Virtual Audio Cables in place of stereo mix (assuming you don't have it).

That isn't the problem, the problem is how do I record skype and games at the same time!

Lol if fraps does not work use Skype call recorder to record Skype and fraps to record game

Ok I'm stupid, all I have to do is change the audio settings on skype to come through the PC but my voice goes through the mic. Problem solved

I use Xsplit for my recordings and it also works well with skype, you can even add both webcams (you and your friend's) to the recording .
