How to Record Pc Screen, Voice, and Pc audio at the same time?

I'm trying to create a tutorial for youtube. I used cam studio but when i hit stop recording and play the video back it doesnt recording the noise from the software i'm using. It only records my voice and the screen. Can someone PLEASE help me.

I use bandicam to record the screen and the audio from my games, and I open up audacity in the background to record my voice through my microphone. I would recommend Audacity above all other programs for recording since it takes up very little resource space and its very simple.
 
okay cool good looking out man. One more question. How do i set it up? How do i sync the audio from audacity and bandicam together once im done recording is pretty much what i'm saying.
 
What I typically do is just open up audacity, press record, then load up my game. When i'm ready to start the video I hit the record hot key on bandicam and start talking, then When I'm editing I just remove the first 5-10 seconds of silence from when my game was loading and then the audio is synced up with the video.
