How to reach out more crowd?

Hi guys! I have a bit of a struggle of getting more views and subs. I know I should upload more frequently but I think it's quality over quantity -for me. Now I have 405 subs. I started (actively) with my cahannel Septebmer 2015.

If you have any tips and tricks for my channel to grow please share it with me.

Just keep at it. I started back in January 2015 and currently sitting at 107 subscribers, so you're already doing a better job than me in terms of subscribers!

Honestly, it seems like you're doing alright given you only started in September last year. I'd say perhaps your thumbnails could do with a bit of work and perhaps your channel art. But really, just keep doing what you're doing

If you arent doing it already advertise your new videos all over the place be it on facebook, instagram or twitter, just use relevent hashtags and you will hopefully get more traffic but you arent doing bad for just a few months of posting.

Keep going and keep at it! You have a decent number of subs, considering when you started. Regular uploading, promoting on social media, taking an active role in your community of commenters, reaching out to other YouTubers....it all adds up. It can be a bit of a slog in the day-to-day, but it does get results.

Yeah @mitchell scott , I've tried advertising but here in Croatia people don't click it and if they do they don't stop and check out other vids, posts etc. So, eventualy it's useless.

but if you advertise on instagram, twitter ect... and use diffrent hashtags its not just the people in your country that will see what you post

Be careful with that! No defacing property for subs!

Working on thumbnails and where you share your videos really helps with views and subscribers I've come to learn. Like I share my stuff on here, facebook, reddit, twitter, and google+. It helps to really grow with the community instead of just posting and leaving.
