How To Promote?

So i want to know how do i promote my videos?..im new to youtube and this stuff,just started last week..
 
Post here.. Facebook, Twitter, email them to friends and family. Leave as a video response to another video that is similar to yours.

Owwhhhh...is there otherway to promote than just using facebook,twiiter,and other?....is there a forum to promote in YTTalk or a site?

yes read the giant green box on the top of the screen it will say something about promoting only in that one forum edit: its called videos, channels, review, and milestones forum
 
Yeah, being here is an amazing start. The people here are great and supportive, and I am already experiencing great growth for my first day on youtube. Also, you want to try going to websites related to the game you are playing (in your case a SimCity forum or something) and posting there. Try creating video responses, advertising on the comments section (don't post this over and over again in one video: leave it for a while before doing it again. I know most people don't condone this, but sometimes it can net you a few views if you word it right. I know this because I have come across these spam messages and actually gave their channels a shot, so that's one view at least.) If you can stomach it, tell your friends about your channel, and tell your viewers to tell theirs, because if they keep spreading the word, eventually your channel will experience a ton of growth just through word of mouth.

I am in no way successful or a veteran, but this is what I know from seeing things on a day to day basis on youtube.
