Hey everyone, So tomorrow, me and a friend are going to go to my university campus to shoot my first prank video ever! (its more along the line of LAHWF and Confusing People, so nothing we'd get in trouble over) but I'm still just a little bit anxious, especially when it comes to revealing the prank and asking if they're okay with being on Youtube...

Should I say "We're just filming a little comedy bit for Youtube where I go around confusing people. Your reaction was great, do you mind if we used it in our final cut?"

Or should I say: "That reaction was great, you gotta let us use that one" (while laughing with them)
(Is that good enough?) ^

Anyone got any tips for me on how to relax, and do prank reveals without making people mad that it was a prank?? (my prank is along the lines of "Awkward Silence", where the joke is really on me being awkward)

I really wanna do this but just a bit nervous before my first step into the world of YT pranking....haha I'm sure I'll be fine after this first prank, but I still need to get the first one done first...(okay, starting to not make much sense now... lol)

I've personally not filmed a prank before, but in terms of filming something for the first time I can help you with that. I had to film my into outdoors in public area where there were lots of people. And The first 3-4 takes I was super shy and my voice was not as exciting but then the more times I kept repeating the into I got super comfortable and didnt mind that people were watching me. Also I had a few people come up to me and ask what my channel was so it was free promotion :)

Well I'm not sure if this will work for you but I do it all the time and it helps me: just pretend like you're really badass, imagine there's a cape blowing behind you in the wind and you're wearing an eyepatch or something
