how to monetize a youtube channel fast, tips please.

I would like to know how to quickly monetize a youtube channel from scratch, and how long it usually takes for this to happen.
 
How long? Anywhere between a few weeks and never.
How to do it? World hard; upload lots of videos that people want to watch and are so good that they subscribe because they want to be notified of new uploads from you.

If this is your first question then I believe you are going into YouTube for the wrong reasons.
It is hard work, like anything that legitimately makes money.
The first and most important thing it takes is a PASSION for whatever it is you'll be making videos about.
The second is the hard work

You need to build and audience and THEN perhaps look to monetisation.
 
Realistically. If you put time into your videos, into your promotion and want to spend some money... I would say you could get Monetized in about 16-18 months (Depending on how much money you want to put into it).

This is not a one and done, it is the long game. If you are not in it for the long haul, or you dont have a ton of money to promote, I'd say you are, unfortunately, in for a rude awakening.
 
Depends. If you are Will Smith or Brie Larson, you can get a million subs in a week. If not... you need to make quality videos, on a regular basis, and do some serious SEO. Oh, then you also hope that the algorithm finds you. :cool:

Yup. Most kids today think they make a video and they are pewdy pie. Adults think they make a vlog once and they should be monetized and viral.
