For those of you who cant afford photoshop and are to good of citizens to get a bootlegged version this thread is for you! Thumbnails help captivate a viewers attention and makes them more likely want to click on one of your videos so its important to have thumbnails that stand out! Well theres an easy solution here. There is this website called pixlr.com this will help you create professional looking thumbnails for free in a web browser! Its super easy and super fun and will help your channel grow!

I'll post the link when I get home later today but you can get photoshop CS2 for free. I got photoshop and illustrator for free a couple of months ago. Its legit and from adobe.

Or You can use GIMP. It's similar to Photoshop but it's free :)

Thumbs up! I approve this, been using Gimp for ages. Nothing beats it when it comes to prices. Photoshop is like a Gibson guitar and Gimp is like an Epiphone one. Cheaper (in this case - free), but almost as good!

Gimp is good and free, also easier/more convenient than photoshop, gamedevs use them all the time. But I did hear lots of praise about that website. The fact that you can use it in a browser is great if you don't want to download/install anything.

Haha, I like the analogy. Arguably, some of the high end epiphones are actually better than the low end gibsons, but I would still rather have a gibson :). For now, I just have a squire :(.

But you get the point! To keep it on track: just download a (free, or paid for) font you love to your computer, and use gimp! Simple as that!

I use paint.net, it's just the same as photoshop if not better in my opinion. I made this with it![DOUBLEPOST=1439932901,1439932816][/DOUBLEPOST]It's also free, but your computer needs to be able to handle 64bit only downside really

Learning GIMP is one of the best options you can do. Any website that makes a thumbnail for you won't be original. There are lots of GIMP tutorials out there to teach you a little at a time, and before you know it you'll have a full arsenal of skills to deploy in making the perfect thumbnail for a video.
