How to make good thumbnails?

Give it a go dude, you have nothing to lose, I honestly found it great as it has some of the things that Photoshop has

I'm going to as soon as I get off work. And hopefully I can solve my new video upload problem as well. Already put in 6.5 hours trying to get it uploaded.[DOUBLEPOST=1437072076,1437072019][/DOUBLEPOST]

try gimp if you want something free.. also i just usually take a screenshot of something interesting from the video but sometimes i'll add more stuff to make a pretter thumbnail

My wife uses that a lot so maybe I'll put her to work making thumbnails too, lol.
