How To make A Q&A Site/Blog ?

I am looking for a way to make a free site/blog where people can ask me questions that want to be answered

For example, i want subscribers to be able to submit questions or requests on this site/blog so that i have everything a little bit more organized and people will have a specific place to submit their question :)

Any ideas ?
 
Most people tend to do it through Tumblr, Twitter, Reddit, Facebook or even just on a specific one of their YT videos. If it must be your own website, I suggest as a starting off point, use a free website maker like the one I used keebzyDOTwebsDOTcom they will also let you make your own domain if you pay a subscription but will let you have one like mine if you don't :)
 
I need the same thing. I was going to go ahead and finally learn to use twitter or FB and actually thank yall. Now I can do to the giveaway asking those that want to enter to win to need to go to my twitter and respond with they're entry there.

This power leves my start on twitter and gives me the needed outlet to interact with my subs better. Win/Win for sure. Appreciate the topic @WindowsHelping because it was same question I had basically.
