Try not to use lots of hyphens (-), because they are considered just like minus signs, and may risk eliminating key words from any search also try to avoid using 2 letter words as youtube automatically removes them when people search. I'm not sure how much truth is behind this, but I tried ad experiment: I added a hyphen and extra 2 letter word to the title of one of my more popular videos. I saw a dramatic decrease in views of about 50% over a month. It just goes to show how important your title is for people to discover your content
