Here's a tip: Increases subscription rates ( i read it somewhere....)

Put ?sub_confirmation=1 at the end of any YouTube URL.
Example: https://www.youtube.com/user/XXXXXXXXXXXX?sub_confirmation=1

replace XXXXXXXXXXXXX with channel name.

and watch the magic ...

That random question mark thingamajiggy doesn't work I've tried it what I do and what you can do is grab a subscription shorten link on tubeduddy that will help and it actually works

So when they click on it, they automatically subscribe? What if they don´t want to subscribe? I can imagine this will annoy a lot of people and affect the channel negatively in the long run!
People should only subscribe if they want to and liking the channel!

Exactly. This only matters if you only care about sub counts and not about viewership. I want people to watch my videos, I want them to engage with my ideas, I don't care how many meaningless sub numbers I have.
