How to grow a comedy channel ?

Im a skit and rant comic. Are there any tips that somebody can give me on growing my channel?
I currently record with the FujiFilm FinePix S4830.

If the video does not make you laugh to yourself as you are watching it back, then people wont find it funny enough to subscribe...so keep that in mind
