I'd never do that otherwise because I'd rather have my content itself earn views rather than click bait.
That happens to be your second most viewed video. College Humor apparently doesn't care about that...why should you? Take a look at their most popular videos - https://www.youtube.com/user/collegehumor/videos?view=0&flow=grid&sort=p
80% of them feature a partially nude/scantily clad woman. They combine that with some content that is actually entertaining itself and get billions of views. Combine a racy thumbnail with solid content (that is even remotely relevant) and you'll get views and subs. It's really not a bad strategy. Of course, it doesn't work if the content has nothing whatsoever to do with the hot girl.

There is nothing wrong with the thumbnail on your video...it's 100% relevant to the content, whether the video is jokey or not. EDIT: Okay it's sorta relevant to part of your video LOL

if you want money then GET A JOB!!!! interact with your subscribers more and they will tell there friends and they will tell there friends and so on, that's how you get views

I took that part of the quote out of context for a very specific reason. Mupsin, I don't know how old you are, but I will be 59 on August 28th. I've been working independently as a hypnotist since 2001. In 2005 I moved from the US to the UK, and found that people weren't willing as a rule to pay the money I was used to getting in the US for hypnosis sessions. In addition there was no money to rent an office and pay the council tax on same once the household bills were paid.

"British Jobs for Britons" has been the cry since the UK economy went up the spout, plus when you reach my age, you will see how hard it is for someone close to 60 to get a 9 to 5 job when they have been out of the market for over ten years plus have no work history in a new country.

The final blow is that the immigration laws mandate me to remain self employed as I stated intended self-employment at my visa interview. So enough of this "get a job!" BS.

Rant over! I do interact with my viewers, most consider my content quality even though I don't do face cam, and I am growing steadily. I expect to at least break 4K in subs by the New Year. (I am just 40 subs away now, so it may be by my birthday!)

By the way, I started my first channel before the Google Takeover, and the Partner Program didn't even exist yet!

It would be a bad move for any starting YouTube channel to "click bate" as its more commonly known as. Few years ago alright fine sweet no body really was all up in arms about it until a few years in where there are more and more people on YouTube everyday tying to get views, subs and what not and thats their only goal. If you are the type of person who will click bate in order for views or subs then you clearly have something else in mind other than having fun with your channel *cough* *cough* money *cough*.
