Take a look at their most popular videos - https://www.youtube.com/user/collegehumor/videos?view=0&flow=grid&sort=pI'd never do that otherwise because I'd rather have my content itself earn views rather than click bait.
80% of them feature a partially nude/scantily clad woman. They combine that with some content that is actually entertaining itself and get billions of views. Combine a racy thumbnail with solid content (that is even remotely relevant) and you'll get views and subs. It's really not a bad strategy. Of course, it doesn't work if the content has nothing whatsoever to do with the hot girl.
There is nothing wrong with the thumbnail on your video...it's 100% relevant to the content, whether the video is jokey or not. EDIT: Okay it's sorta relevant to part of your video LOL
